Determine product strategy (Product) Define the features, attributes and benefits of the product or service, and create a product that fits market needs. Sometimes a small mistake in a product can disappoint people and reduce sales. To ensure your strategy is successful, make sure the product you're launching receives positive feedback from the right potential customers. Below are suggested questions you can apply: Does your product meet your customers' needs?  to meet those needs? How will customers use your product? In terms of appearance and packaging, what does your product look like? Do customers have the opportunity to experience the product before buying.

By answering these questions, you can ensure that your product meets customer needs and stands out in a competitive market. Choosing distribution channels (Place) Ask yourself: “Where will customers buy your product?” From there, determine appropriate distribution channels to bring products to customers conveniently and effectively.
