Epstein recently attempted suicide, which is why he was placed under the corresponding surveillance protocol. The details of how it happened are not yet known. The U.S. Attorney's Office for the Southern District Middle East Phone Number Listof New York was charging him withsex trafficking charges for which he faces a maximum sentence of 45 years in prison.The charging document alleges that Epstein "sexually exploited and abused dozens of underage girls at his homes in Manhattan, New York, and Palm Beach, Florida, among other locations." At his court appearance, Epstein pleaded not guilty.
